Position paper on Sustainable Tourism

In order to provide the discussion on sustainable tourism in the Wadden Sea Region with a stronger scientific foundation, the Waddenacademie asked Dr Frans Sijtsma (Faculty of Spatial Sciences of University of Groningen) and Dr Stefan Hartman (European Tourism Future Institute of Stenden NHL) to write a position paper about the definition of sustainable tourism and the opportunities for sustainable tourism in the Dutch Wadden Sea Region.
