Symposium Wadden Sea research
10 and 11 December 2014 the 13th Symposium of the Waddenacademie took place in Grand Hotel Post-Plaza in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. The symposium was organised with the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO; the Dutch research council). More information.
Symposium 'Sense of Place'
The 12th symposium of the Wadden Academy took place June 11 and 12, 2014 at Terschelling in cooperation with the Department of Cultural Geography of the University of Groningen, the Institute of Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology of the Leiden University, the Oerol theatre festival and the Leeuwarden 2018 foundation.
